Namespace providers

Resources such as platform Applications, Workspaces, and UserGroups are namespace providers: when you provision such a resource, a namespace is created automatically for it.

Namespace providers own namespaces. If you delete a namespace provider, its namespace also deletes from the system with its resources.

Namespace provider hierarchy

The following diagram shows the platform's namespace providers and their hierarchy. As well as owning the namespace it creates, some namespace providers can own instances of the namespace below it in the hierarchy.
