File Service console
Overview#
The File Service console allows you to view and delete the File Service files and folders to which you have access.
Folders and files are organized by your selected workspace in the application and workspace selector.

Files List Explorer - viewing child folders#
With the introduction of Console App 3.7, the Files List explorer now allows you to easily view child folders as well as the main top-level folders in one view.

File Service version support#
You can select a file version from the file list or view a file's version history.
File version dropdown#
To select a file version, do the following:
- Go to the file in the file list.
- Select the version from the dropdown selector.

File version history modal#
You can use the File Version History to view, delete, and dowload file versions.
To open the File Version History dialog, do the following:
- Go to the file row you want.
- Click the Actions (three dot) icon.
- Click File Version History.
